About the Project

Sam Daghash is an Alignment & Breakthrough Specialist and founder of the New Mind ecosystem. He coaches high achievers, runs group workshops, and hosts a podcast that blends personal development with trading psychology. The new website positions Sam as “The Mind Alchemist,” clearly packages his 1:1 programs and workshops, and connects visitors to his broader ecosystem. Key elements include a direct discovery-call CTA, a testimonials section for social proof, and featured placement for his podcast and trading audience.

We built the site on Squarespace for stability, speed, and streamlined publishing. You can see Squarespace’s CDN powering media assets, and the site integrates Calendly for booking and Stan Store for digital programs—reducing friction between interest and action.


Problem

Sam’s brand had grown into multiple offerings and properties—private coaching, group workshops, a podcast, and a dedicated arm for traders—each with its own audience and path to conversion. He needed a single, coherent website that explains his value in plain language, funnels first-time visitors to the right offer, and makes booking effortless.

Challenges

• Clarifying the offer stack without diluting the core promise of transformation. The homepage must make the benefit unmistakable while guiding visitors to coaching, workshops, or the podcast.
• Designing distinct yet related journeys: private coaching, 90-minute breakthrough sessions, and two group workshops with different outcomes and formats. Each required its own page, story, and call to action.
• Connecting the broader New Mind ecosystem—trading psychology, wellness products, and the podcast—without overwhelming the main site.
• Building a low-friction lead funnel: visitors should be able to book a call or reach out on WhatsApp in a single click, and explore paid programs without extra steps.

    We led with a crisp promise. “True freedom starts in the mind”—supported by a secondary line that introduces science-backed neuro-transformation. This frames Sam’s work in outcome language while setting up clear entry points to Private Coaching, Master Workshops, and the 90-minute Breakthrough Session. A discovery-call CTA sits above the fold for immediate action.

  2. Clear service architecture
    Each core offer lives on its own conversion-ready page.
    • Alignment & Breakthrough: a three-phase process that explains the journey from discovery to identity realignment, plus formats and a 30-day guarantee.
    • Quantum Mastery: an advanced track with its own three-phase model and program details.

    We placed a rotating testimonials block on the homepage to build trust quickly, then reinforced authority with an About page that highlights Sam’s credentials, method pillars, and global impact.

    The navigation and About page connect out to New Mind for Traders, the wellness brand, and the podcast—so specialized audiences can go deeper—while keeping primary CTAs on the main site.

    • Book now opens Calendly for instant scheduling.

    • Digital programs route to Stan Store, preserving purchase momentum.
